What is your return policy for online orders?

- Only damaged product will be accepted to return
- All returns must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item(s) must be in unused condition.

Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

No, you cannot cancel the order as we start processing them immediately

I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?

Disclaimer: Pure Copper is a natural metal and may gradually change colour or develop a patina over time due to its natural reaction with water, air, and minerals—this is normal and does not affect its quality or benefits. To maintain its shine, clean regularly using natural methods such as lemon and salt or a mild copper cleaner. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, dishwashers, and harsh chemicals, as they may damage the surface. There will be no return if copper changes it's colour.


How To Return an Order:

  1. To return an order, please submit your request by email to orders@ellastouch.com.au.
  2. You will be received an email confirmation regarding the return approval. Please follow all the steps mentioned in the e-mail.
  3. Only damaged product will be accepted for return with in 7 days.
  4. if you need help with your returns please contact our customer support.
  5. If you need refund, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product
