At Ella's Touch, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favourite Outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face problems.
What is your return policy for online orders?
- All items must be returned back to us within 7 days of your order delivery.
- All returns must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item(s) must be in unused condition.
- Returns in Australia are free for all eligible items.
Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
Yes, you can choose to cancel products, only if done within 8 hours of placing it. Note that the urgent orders cannot be cancelled as we start processing them immediately
Why 8 Hour deadline?
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, stitching, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases. In case a garment has to be readied, or customized, the process is already underway.
I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?
We take stringent measures to deliver Fashion Delight to our customers globally, in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that:
- There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing.
- A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.
- There are some other kind of issues or defects with the fabric which cannot be fixed.
How To Return an Order:
- To return an order, please submit your request by email to orders@ellastouch.com.au.
- You will be received an email confirmation regarding the return approval. Please follow all the steps mentioned in the e-mail.
- If you have any problem or need help with your returns please contact our customer support.
- If you need refund, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product
How soon should I get back to you?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the stitched outfits. For unstitched outfits, dresses and Jewelry items, reach out to us within 1 week.
