Transit Times:
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days due to varying item availability, shipping methods, or warehouse locations.
Transit Risk:
We ship all parcels fully insured at no additional cost to our customers. In the rare case a courier fails to deliver, we’ll ensure you don’t bear the loss. However, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered or for any damage incurred post-delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country are beyond our control and must be borne by the customer.
Shipment and Tracking Details:
Once your items are handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and courier website details, along with the estimated delivery date. Tracking details may take up to 24 business hours to activate. You can also check your order status via your account or our Order Status page.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Courier companies may charge penalties for incorrect addresses, and any such charges will be the customer's responsibility. If reshipment is required due to incorrect address details, the customer will be liable for any additional shipping fees.
Delay in Shipping:
If an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in processing, we will notify you by email. We may ship your order in multiple consignments if needed. If we cannot fulfill a part of your order within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund for the unfulfilled items.
Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days before reprocessing or reshipping your order.
